Getting started
- Create an account at wantzit.com/signup
- Create a WANTZ (wishlist) from your dashboard
- Add items by pasting a product URL, or use the browser extension to save products while you shop
- Share your WANTZ with friends and family using its public link
Adding items
- Paste any product URL into the add item field — wantzIt will automatically pull the title, price, and image
- Install the browser extension (Chrome or Firefox) to save items with one click while browsing any shopping site
- On mobile, use the Browse tab to browse shopping sites and tap the wantzIt button to save items
Sharing & gifting
- Each WANTZ has a public link at username.wantzit.com/list-name
- Visitors can mark items as claimed so the same gift isn't bought twice
- You can set a WANTZ to private or password-protected from its settings
Account & settings
- Update your display name, username, bio, and avatar from your profile settings
- Choose a theme to personalise the look of your app
- To delete your account and all associated data, contact us at wantzinfo@wantzit.com
Browser extension
- Available for Chrome and Firefox
- Click the wantzIt icon on any product page to save it to one of your lists
- If a site isn't supported yet, you can still add items by pasting the URL manually
Troubleshooting
- Item details didn't load correctly — try editing the item to update the URL, or contact us and we'll add support for that site
- Can't log in — use the "Forgot password" link on the login page to reset your password
- Extension not working — make sure you're logged in to the extension and try refreshing the page
- Something else — email wantzinfo@wantzit.com and we'll sort it out
